CRM Services Officer at WaterAid
- Deadline : 14 Sep 2014
- Interview dates : w/c 22 September 2014

It’s hard to believe that today 748 million people still don’t have clean, safe water and 2.5 billion live without a toilet. The resulting diseases kill one child every minute.
WaterAid is looking for a CRM Services Officer to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world’s poorest communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the continued development and maintenance of WaterAid’s supporter data and database (currently Raiser’s Edge). As part of the Performance and Insight Team, your contribution will be crucial to delivering WaterAid’s fundraising success.
You will be responsible for managing specific data flow processes in and out of the database. Working with the CRM Services Manager, you will develop and deliver a programme of database maintenance and development procedures, be the first point of contact for users seeking database support and provide training to database users across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with a relational database package and have excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Access and Excel. You will also need a helpful and supportive attitude combined with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
By 2030 we want everyone, everywhere to have clean water, sanitation and hygiene. We need you to help us make it happen. If you bring your expertise, passion and professionalism, we’ll give you a lot back.
Working with us, you will be entitled to a wide range of employee benefits, such as an exceptional pension fund, medical cash plans, an employee assistance programme, generous annual leave and Save As You Learn schemes, as well as fitness and lifestyle programmes.
Please note: in order to apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate your eligibility to work in the UK.
