DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
MzN’s Recruitment Services is one of the major support services we deliver to the development and aid sector. We are growing rapidly and in order to ensure our high-end service to our Clients, MzN is looking to take on an experienced, commercially-aware and highly motivated Recruitment Assistant. The assistant will support the Recruitment Executive in all recruitment-related activities and play an active part in further business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManaging Client Portfolio:Dealing with all staffing requests in Client portfolio, building long-lasting relationships through excellent and personalised customer service, actively seeking feedback on improvement of services.
Managing Temps/Consultants seconded to Clients:Dealing with all contractual, admin and quality control matters throughout an assignment, being the first point of contact for the Temp/Consultant.
Building MzN’s Candidate Database:Updating and improving database, screening new candidates (CV checks, references, interviews, tests), monitoring existing candidates (career development, availability).
Expanding MzN’s Client and Candidate network:marketing of services through various channels, partnership building, presence at relevant events, targeted networking

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

Essential
- A university degree in a development-related or HR-related topic
- At least 2 years of experience in NGO Recruitment
- At least 1 year of NGO/IO field experience
- Commercially driven, target-focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills: engaged, open-minded, friendly
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy and dynamic work environment
- Ability to work under stress and a willingness to work out-of-hours
- Fluent English speaker, with good working knowledge of French
- Reliable and well-organised
- Proven competence to work online, with all MS Office software and other computer applications and IT systems.
- Eligible to work in the EUDesirable:
- Experience in partnership building
- Marketing experience (direct, events, social media)
