- Provide support in the development and implementation of learning and training programmes (including curriculum development and global roll-out).
- Provide support to the Performance Management unit in the set-up, configuration and subsequent launch of the new PM system for all staff.
- Aid in the change management process as UNICEF staff transition to a new Performance Management approach.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of a revised approach to Performance Management at UNICEF.
- Perform Performance appraisal data analysis and reporting.

Minimum requirements and competencies:
a) Education
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Business Administration, Statistics, International Relations or a relevant field.
• Expertise in communication, customer orientation, and preferable excellent understanding of performance management systems, training materials, and competency framework.
• The individual should be highly proficient in a range of PC/web applications, including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Lotus Notes.
a) Education

• A minimum of two years of progressively relevant work experience in human resources management, with sound knowledge in research, design and layout of learning materials or related areas. Experience in HR system configuration and launch is an asset.
• It is preferable that the individual has experience with, or in, multilateral institutions. Knowledge of UNICEF context essential. Knowledge of UN common practices in HR an added advantage.
