Financial Sustainability Specialist , International HIV/AIDS Alliance

The International HIV/AIDS Alliance works with communities through local, national and global action on HIV, health and human rights. Our vision is a world without AIDS. Since 1994, the Alliance and its partners have supported over 3,000 projects, in over 40 countries, reaching millions of people. The International HIV/AIDS Alliance is seeking a Financial Sustainability Specialist who will lead a select number of Alliance Linking Organisations (independent NGOs) in generating income outside of traditional donor funding, using financially sustainable methods. This will be achieved through the creation and implementation of growth strategies aimed at identifying and developing new market segments for current and / or new products and will primarily focus on Middle Income Countries where less donor funding is currently available The successful candidate will have knowledge of different income streams for global health and HIV/AIDS, alongside experience in generating income through non-donor methods and leading / managing a substantial change management process. They will be innovative in creating business models and will have strong commercial acumen.
