ABOUT THE JOB:
Impact Audit is changing how other nonprofits and their funders use and create evidence to achieve their missions. Impact Audit seeks qualified applicants for the position of Senior Research Analyst, based in New Haven, Connecticut. Our Senior Research Analysts supervise Research Analysts as they conduct all aspects of a nonprofit impact audit, including pre-engagement literature review and organization selection, organization engagement and communication, analysis of internal data and documents, assessment of audit criteria, final audit production, and post-audit follow up work with the organization. In addition, our Senior Research Analysts themselves conduct audits, focusing on new and challenging sectors and interventions. Our Senior Research Analysts play an instrumental role in sourcing, analyzing, and ultimately recommending organizations that are effective and deserve donor support.
