Call for Resumes: Mid- and Senior-Level Web Developers

dTS is recruiting skilled professionals to serve as Web Developers on task orders to be issued under the USAID multi-sector Transparency, Accountability and Performance (TAP) IQC. Web Developers shall design web pages (or elements of web pages) and build them into standards compliant websites using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX or Flash. Web developers will interface with the Government and Task Order clients to understand their needs and communicate with them throughout the development process.

We are seeking qualified mid- to senior-level applicants who meet the following qualifications:

- Degree or college level coursework in web design, internet development, computer science or related field (required)
- Minimum of 3-5 (mid-level) or at least 5 (senior level) years of recent experience designing websites at the corporate level for government agencies, private industry, and or/non-governmental organizations (required
- Familiarity with USAID and large implementing donors (required)
- Overseas experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing in English (required)
- Fluency in another language (strongly preferred)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Team oriented individual
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
