Job Description

The Housing Development Agency (HDA) is a national public development agency that promotes sustainable communities by making well-located and appropriately planned land and landed property available for the development of human settlement. As its primary activity, the HDA assembles State, private and communal land and releases it for development. The HDA also provides project delivery support services to organs of State at local, provincial and national level with a focus on informal settlement upgrading and project management.
The successful candidates would be performance- and results-driven and have a set of core values that is aligned with the values framework of the HDA. Both positions are based in Johannesburg.


Executive Assistant to the CFO and Legal Manager

Key areas of responsibility: * Offer support to ensure the successful completion of the tasks of the CFO and Legal Manager * Undertake committee and meeting administration and minute taking * Manage the diary * Offer document and reporting support * Liaise with Government and bank officials, Auditors, Attorneys, service providers and EXCO.

Qualifications, skills and experience: * A minimum of 5 years' senior PA experience gained in a large organisation * MS Office expertise *l Proven committee secretarial and minute taking skills * Flexibility and the freedom to travel occasionally * Excellent interpersonal skills and writing ability * Maturity, confidentiality and a proactive work style.
