Job Description
To assist the local government in the development of an institutionalized, legitimate, and transparent nationwide criminal justice system staffed with skilled professionals providing equitable enforcement and fair and efficient adjudication of constitutionally adopted laws, from arrest through trial and/or release from prison; to advocate due process and women’s rights, improve public awareness of laws, enhance the traditional justice system, and increase access to justice to build demand and use of the formal justice system for criminal disputes

Position Requirements
• A U.S. law degree from an ABA accredited law school, or a European law degree from an accredited program of legal study
• At least 8 years of professional experience, 5 of which have been as an attorney, judge, or justice sector professional
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid US drivers license or International Driving Permit
• Ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle
• Possess a valid passport
• Negotiating, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Ability and willingness to train other individuals in their area of expertise

Preferred Qualifications:
• International experience
