Invitation to a tender of three sets of Dual purpose huller for rice and coffee (min. 1,000 kg/hrs) with diesel engine (min. 18 hp)
Welthungerhilfe SLE 1009 Bo is tendering three sets of Dual purpose huller for rice and coffee" under the EU-funded project Food Security and Economic Development in Bo, Kenema and Pujehun .
Further specifications are as follows
Specification Output of hulled produce Not less than 1,000 kg/hrs Power of diesel engine Not less than 18 HP
The hullers will be installed in the following communities:
Community Chiefdom District Buma Pejeh Pujehun Kambama Barri Pujehun Tigbema Tunkia Kenema
The offer shall include detailed information on the type of equipment (brand name, type, etc.), details of the spare part package, cost of transport to the sites, installation costs of the huller set as well as costs for training the operators in operating and maintenance of the equipment.
All participating companies are free to submit offers for only one set or all three sets. It is necessary to indicate the delivery time of the huller sets. The offer has to be enclosed and sealed in an envelope which has to be enclosed in a big envelop that contains recent copies of the business license, tax clearance (NRA) and profile of the company.
