As part of the global ActionAid family, we work with local people in 43 countries to fight poverty and injustice and to build a fair and just world where everyone can claim their human rights.

You are a skilled brand strategist who knows what high quality, impactful content can achieve. We are looking for a new brand leader to develop and embed a strategy which will help us build brand awareness and support.

Working across ActionAid UK you will align our communications to ensure our audiences know who we are, know what we stand for and, most importantly, want to support us in our fight for fairer world.

Managing a team of creatives, schedulers and freelancers you will oversee content gathering and scheduling to ensure it is high quality, engaging and effective.

You will also ensure our brand identity is coherent, flexible and clearly understood by more than a quarter of a million staff, supporters and volunteers in the UK. There is also the chance to lead a light touch brand refresh based on verbal identity.

Your substantial experience of leading the development and delivery of insight driven organisational brand strategies will be complemented by high levels of brand, marketing and production skill.

With a track record of increasing levels of brand awareness and support you are known for delivering projects on brief, in time and within budget.

Comfortable influencing change in large complex organisations, you have a collaborative approach, whilst being commercially astute and a strong people manager.
