SALARY: £50,557 – £54,126pa

As part of the global ActionAid family, we work with local people in 43 countries to fight poverty and injustice and to build a fair and just world where everyone can claim their human rights.

This exciting, newly created role will lead significant change in ActionAid UK.

There will be new technologies, structures, processes and expectations. It will require a strong leader who can provide a vision and plan for how ActionAid can harness the power of digital channels to meet its strategic goals now and in the future.

With solid experience in leading digital both from a strategic and operational perspective, you will ensure that our use of digital channels is optimised, integrated and delivering real value.

You will lead the core digital team, and work across the organisation to embed a 'hub & spoke' model.

Strong management and communications skills are vital. As is the ability to influence at all levels.

Pivotal to the success of this role will be your relationships with your Communications colleagues and key stakeholders such as Fundraising, Campaigns, the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

You will have proven experience managing digital operations which focus on deliverables, return on investment and results. You will also have substantial experience of innovating and leading significant change within complex organisations.
