The Head of FPA for English and Exams will lead on co-ordinating the strategic and operational financial planning, forecasting, analysis and performance management reporting for the global English Business Unit, acting as the principal Finance partner to the Director of English and a key member of the English SBU Leadership Team
You will be:
  • A CCAB qualified accountant with proven experience of successfully delivering a high calibre financial planning function.
  • A commercial thinker with demonstrable experience of enabling a growing business
  • Comfortable with a variety of financial modelling and planning methods
  • Comfortable in defining processes
  • A team leader comfortable with managing both directly and at arms’ length
