International Mobility Adviser

Based in London

£18,800 per annum (plus £3,300 London Market Allowance)

The International Mobility Management Team ensures that efficient and effective international mobility services are provided to UK appointed staff overseas and that the overseas package and the processes for its provision are reviewed regularly and meet the needs of the British Council.
The International Mobility Adviser will provide a high quality service to UK-appointed staff overseas to ensure that they receive pay and allowances due to them at the appropriate time and to facilitate the moving process. The postholder is the first point of contact for UK-appointed staff in a particular region.
You will have: an aptitude for figures; excellent communication skills; experience in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and databases; awareness of international issues; proven experience of prioritising and delivering to deadlines and managing a busy workload and experience of working in a customer service environment.
