Online Content & Community Manager CISAC

Reporting to the Communication Director, his/her main responsabilities will be to implement the online communication strategy and manage the various online communication tools (website, social media, newsletter, videos…).

CISAC is looking for an Online Content & Community Manager, reporting to the Communication Director and starting on September 2012.

Main Responsibilities :

  • To implement the online communication strategy and contribute to its constant improvement
  • To enhance CISAC presence online in order to promote the missions of the organisation and of authors’ societies
  • To federate, manage and build a lasting relationship through online communities (forum, blogs, social networks…)
  • To set up the KPIs and the different reporting tools to allow analysing the outcome of the actions carried out and ensure their improvement.

Job duties:

  • Implementation of the online strategy for CISAC, including the World Creators Summit (“WCS”: international summit every 2 years . Next in June 2013 in Washington)
  • Contribute to the plan of actions and develop all necessary online tools & platforms required to establish CISAC online presence
  • Contribute to CISAC online editorial charter
  • Identification & mapping of the online reliable source of information & influencers (twitter, bloggers…)
  • Developing several different online communities related to CISAC
  • Implementation of the editorial calendar for CISAC website and social media (follow up of articles, translation, publication & sharing)
  • Management of the news & information sections of CISAC website (content creation & update)
  • Management of CISAC social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, DailyMotion, Facebook)
  • Management of WCS social media (Twitter, LinkedIn) in collaboration with the agencies in charge of the event
  • Manage all online communication tools: press review, Newsletter, photo gallery, CISAC online TV, Wikipedia… (content coordination, translation, publication, mailing lists)
  • Conceive and organise basic trainings on social media for the staff
  • Define and implement KPIs and produce them on a regular basis to assess the digital actions globally and within the different communities

Skills & Knowledge required:

  • 2 year job experience in social media and community management
  • English mother tongue or excellent writing & speaking level. Operational French and ideally Spanish
  • Familiarity / knowledge of social media, HTML, CMS tools, web analytics programs, web 2.0, Photoshop, Indesign or equivalent, video format…
  • News editor experience
  • Ideally knowledge of the copyright or entertainement sectors
  • Ability to be autonomous and work in a small international team

Specification:
A full-time contract under the French law, starting as soon as possible;
An international working environment located in Paris (Neuilly sur Seine)
