1. Area Sales Managers

(3-positions)

Reporting to the GM — Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for achievement of set targets, ensure quality service to customers and perfect retail market execution standards in assigned area.

Qualifications & Experience
· Holder of a business related bachelors degree from a recognized university.
· A postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
· A high degree of strategic, commercial aptitude & excellent communication skills.
· At least three years’ experience ¡n managing a sales team in a fast paced business environment preferably in FMCG.
· Strong leadership skills, computer literate & a holder of a valid driving license.
2. Special Events Supervisor

(1-position)

Reporting to the GM- Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for effective implementation of experiential marketing activities through effective management of promotional and sampling activities, timely settlement of payment special events accounts and provision of quality service to Customers.

Qualifications & Experience
· Holder of a bachelor’s degree in business from a recognized University.
· A postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
· A high degree of strategic and commercial aptitude as well as excellent communication skills.
· At least three years’ relevant experience in managing experiential marketing activities in a fast paced environment.
· Strong leadership skills, computer literate & a holder of a valid driving license.
3. Public Relations Officer

(1-Position)

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent will assist in developing and executing a clear Public relations strategy, plan and agenda that manages and enhances the reputation of SBC Kenya in a positive, deliberate and measurable way.

Qualifications & Experience
· Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or Journalism from a recognized institution. A post-graduate Diploma in Public Relations would be an added advantage;
· At least 3 years’ experience in a busy Organization’s PR Department;
· Member of Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) is an added advantage.
· Strong media relations skills and a broad contact base;
· Good knowledge of PAC functions — including Communications, PR, stakeholder management, events management, government relations;
· Knowledge of Government operating systems;
4. Human Resource Officer

(1-Position)

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the position holder shall be expected to implement human resource policies, systems, strategies and plans.

He/she will offer technical support in the areas of recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, compensation and grievance/dispute resolution in a manner that promotes harmonious working environment.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelors degree in Social Science
· Post graduate diploma ¡n Human Resources from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
· Experience in industrial relations in a FMCG set up with many employees.
· Sense of confidentiality and a passion to work with staff in difficulty situations
· Conversant with the Kenya labour laws.
· Proficiency in Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
· Should be able to accurately handle large volumes of work under time constraints/pressure as well as during emergencies.
5. Executive Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant

Reporting to the Country General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for effectively coordinating the executive duties in an organized, dynamic and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience
· A Diploma in Secretarial, Administration or a field related to office administration and management is essential. Degree in secretarial studies is definite advantage.
· At least 3 years of administrative experience as a personal assistant to a senior executive.
· Computer literacy (Microsoft Office & Internet) is essential.
· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
· Confidential and discreet.
· Ability to work independently and to maintain flexibility in working hours.
· Planning and Organising — Demonstrated effective organizational skills and ability to handle work in an efficient and timely manner.
6. Administrative Assistant-Front Desk

(1-Position)

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all in-coming and out-going communication/records with key attention to both internal and external customers and providing the first positive image of the company.

Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma in Public Relations/ Customer Care/ Marketing/Front Office, Degree in Social Sciences is a definite advantage.
· Strictly 3-5 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Front Office in a Fast Paced business environment, relating with people of different backgrounds, race, religion, nationalities.
· Should be well versed with a telephone switchboard.
· Computer literacy in MS Office- Excel, Word, Power point (very essential).
· The candidate should be highly motivated with a”can do”attitude and have a passion for success and detail.

7. Senior Accountant

(1 -Position)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the senior accountant shall ensure integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, entering transactions and carrying out periodic stock taking and accounting reconciliations.

He/she will assist in development, implementation and maintenance of robust internal financial controls and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounts or business related field.
· Certified Public Accountant, C.P.A (K).
· At least 5years relevant work experience.
· Knowledge of computerized accounting software required.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
· Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality & Thoroughness.
· Highly effective multi-tasking skills, with ability to co-ordinate, prioritize and organize workload and meet deadlines.
8. Account Development Representatives

(5-Positions)

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the holder shall be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets through hot spot placing of our products and merchandising equipment in all existing and potential outlets.

Qualifications & Experience
· Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing with at least 2-years relevant experience
· Effective communication & customer orientation
· Business intelligence & sense of urgency are critical leadership behaviours
· Problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
· Attention to detail
9. Delivery/Driver Salesmen

(11 -Positions)

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for managing and servicing outlets ¡n assigned sales areas to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and growth.

Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma/Certicate in Sales & Marketing with at least 1—year relevant experience
· Effective communication & customer orientation
· Business intelligence & sense ofurgency are critical leadership behaviours
· Problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
· Attention to detail
l0. Administrative Assistant — Operations

(1-Position)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the ¡ncumbent shall have the responsibility of providing administrative support in order to achieve desired operational efficiency.

He/she will be expected to assure conducive working environment and ensuring seamless administrative procedures and smooth running ofoffice operations.

Qualifications & Experience
· Business related Diploma. A degree shall be a definite advantage.
· 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative position in a fast paced business environment.
· High level ofinitiative and self-motivation.
· Strong working knowledge ofMS Office suite of programmes.
· Good communications and inter personal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
11 . IT Systems Assistant

(1 - Position)

Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent shall ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in—house information systems that support core organizational functions

Qualifications & Experience
· University graduate in Computer Science
· At least 5-years progressive relevant professional experience
· Flexible, team-player, integrity and able to work under pressure and still deliver quality output
12. Forklift Operators

(2-Positions)

Reporting to Yard Manager the ¡ncumbent shall be responsible for offloading empties and fulls, properly stack empties and fulls, carry out daily pre-post operating checks and maintain forklift in good operating condition.

Qualifications & Experience
· Knowledge on Quality, Health and Safety Requirements;
· At least 3-years’relevant work expeence in a FMCG industry
· Flexible, team player, self-motivated and attentive
· Clean and valid driving licence
