| Supervise the shift operations and the operators. Make sure that there are minimum losses. Generate and submit reports about production targets, criteria, achievements, losses and any irregularities on daily / weekly / monthly basis. |

| Should have good managerial qualities. Should be able to handle a shift of several workers. Good communication skills in Kiswahili and English. Must be IT literate. |
