Amnesty International Resourcing Adviser

AI is currently going through an exciting period of global expansion and change, and to support this we are seeking to increase our complement of recruiters. As such we have an exciting vacancy for an International Resourcing Adviser to support our current international vacancies and our planned expansion of further offices/ hubs in the global south. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing and working as one of a team of 3 Resourcing Advisers, this role will operate as the Global South resourcing technical expert; through this work the role will also become an integral member of our global expansion project team.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have worked in an international role previously, specifically sourcing individuals in the Global South (Africa, Latin America and Asia). You will have worked in a complex multi site organisation recruiting staff across international borders and nationally within the Global South; taking responsibility not just for reactive sourcing and horizon planning but also for individual hire immigration and relocation. You will be able to demonstrate your expertise in the following areas: international sourcing, recruitment best practice, regional immigration knowledge, direct sourcing and sound agency management, project management, creative resourcing strategy design for all role types and levels, workforce and succession planning, leveraging applicant tracking system, as well as training and coaching of management partners.

On a personal level you will be flexible, resilient, have a passion for working in the international arena, be creative in solving problems, detail orientated, pragmatic, able to build relationships long distance, and see issues through to conclusion in a timely manner.
