IBTCI has served governments, private sector companies and several donor agencies in practice areas of Monitoring & Evaluation, Accountancy and Financial Management; Procurement Services; Banking and Finance and Private Sector Development.

IBTCI is currently seeking a Local Energy Expert for the USAID's Regulatory and Energy Assistance Program (REAP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Position Qualifications • Proven local multi-functional electricity business expert capable of assessing strengths and weaknesses, priority needs, and export potential of the sector • Experience preparing a roadmap of interventions to remove barriers to private investment in electricity generation. • Excellent skills in oral and written English

Preferred Qualification: • Excellent oral skills in Bosnian or Serbian or Croatian preferred, but not required
