IBTCI is currently seeking an Evaluation Specialist for the USAID's Regulatory and Energy Assistance Program (REAP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Position Qualifications • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as public policy, statistics, economics or other relevant fields • At least 15 years of direct experience conducting evaluation • A minimum of 7 years of experience in international development • Deep understanding of social science research and statistical methods • Demonstrated experience in developing evaluation designs • Proven experience conducting data collection and analysis, and writing evaluation reports • Excellent skills in oral and written English
