IBTCI has served governments, private sector companies and several donor agencies in practice areas of Monitoring & Evaluation, Accountancy and Financial Management; Procurement Services; Banking and Finance and Private Sector Development.

IBTCI is currently seeking a Senior Energy Expert for the USAID's Regulatory and Energy Assistance Program (REAP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Position Qualifications • Extensive knowledge of energy regulation and the legislative and institutional framework needed for compliance with EU Directives and the operation of a modern, efficient electricity sector which is conducive to private sector investment. • Experience in the regional energy sector • Familiarity with relevant regional energy policies and BiH’s politics and economics • Excellent skills in oral and written English
