evaluation of UNICEF’s Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey

UNICEF invites interested and qualified consultants to provide services to conduct an evaluation of UNICEF’s Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS), Round 4. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide to UNICEF an independent external view of its management and utilization of the MICS program. The consultants will report to the UNICEF NY Evaluation Office. Individual consultants may be submitted for either of the following: 1) a Technical Specialist in Evaluation (5 months) and 2) a Technical Specialist in Household Surveys (4 months). The consultants will be individually hired but will work together as a team, with the Technical Specialist in Evaluation serving as the team leader. Institutional bids are not sought for this work.
