International Technical Adviser to Support Analysis and Reporting of Grade Three National Test Data

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks an International Technical Adviser to Support Analysis and Reporting of Grade Three National Test Data.

Qualification:

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent in education / assessment or measurement in education
• At least 10 years of international work experience in assessment or measurement, preferably in an educational context
• Experience in implementing national quality assessments, including sampling techniques, item writing and analysis as well as the use of tests for diagnostic purposes to inform curriculum policy development
• Work experience in a low-income countries, preferably South East Asia
• Experience or knowledge of the Cambodian education system is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to provinces (Provincial and District Offices of Education and schools)
• Demonstrated experience in a coaching or human resource development role with strong mentoring skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills in cross-cultural contexts and a proven ability to communicate at a high level in writing and face-to-face
• Fluency in English language is required, knowledge of Khmer is an asset
• Computer literacy and presentation skill
