Manager: Customer Relations - SECUNDA

SASOL SYNFUELS, SECUNDA

This role will require you to effectively develop and nurture the Customer Relations Management (CRM) drive within Synfuels and serve as the custodian of the Product to Cash (PtC) value chain, which will include managing customer strategies, developing customer satisfaction surveys and creating customer awareness in the organisation.

Qualifications and expertise should include: • B degree (Commercial/Technical) • 5-7 years’ relevant experience • Knowledge and understanding of the Sasol processes • A customer/market focus and knowledge of basic CRM principles • Leadership skills and the ability to interact with and influence Senior Management • The ability to analyse customer data and performance measurements.
