HR Consultant

You will initially focus on people-related matters for the FT Wax Expansion Project and the continued back-integration process of permanent project employees.

Qualifications and expertise should include: • A B degree in HR or Behavioural Sciences • 4-6 years’ HRC experience
• Proficiency in MS Office • Understanding of change management and organisational design • Advanced understanding of HR legislation and company policy.

Manager: HR Operations
In this role we need you to convert business requirements into integrated people solutions and be an HR strategist providing functional expertise as well as consultative and advisory services that enable business performance. The Sasolburg Operations and FT Wax Expansion integration will be the main focus area, with a strong emphasis on change management interventions.

Qualifications and expertise should include: • A degree in HR or Behavioural Sciences, at NQF level 6. An Honours degree in HR or Behavioural Sciences would be advantageous • A minimum of 8 years’ HR experience with exposure as a generalist • Advanced understanding of change management.

SHE Enablement Manager
SHE Enablement Manager

Here you will formulate and implement an SHE enablement strategy, providing IMS inputs and managing the execution thereof. We also need you to lead a team of SHE IMS Practitioners in this regard.


Qualifications and expertise should include:
• A B degree in Engineering/Science/SHE
• Competency in auditing (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) and IMS systems
• Management exposure
• Proficiency in SHE legal register implementation and in SHE mobilisation/enablement
• 5 years’ work experience, of which at least 3 years should have been managerial and specialist experience
• PSM knowledge (MOC)
• An understanding of the petroleum industry SHE IMS and legislative challenges
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010. Responsible Care exposure and behaviour-based safety processes knowledge would be preferred.

Inspector

You will be tasked with statutory inspections on pressure equipment according to Inspection Requirements and Riskbased Inspection Plans. In addition, you will need to manage outside contractors who perform non-destructive testing.


Qualifications and expertise should include:
• A Grade 12 with Maths and Science/N3 with appropriate subjects (Maths/Science/Drawing)
• 2 years’ relevant experience in the petrochemical industry
• SAQCC Competent Inspector: Pressure Vessels
• SAQCC Inspector of Pressurised Equipment
• Penetrant testing levels 1&2
• Magnetic particle testing levels 1&2
• SAIW Welding Inspectors Levels 1&2
• SAIW RT Interpreters
• Working knowledge of and experience in API inspection codes
• Knowledge of NDE, SANS 10227/ISO 17020, the OHS Act (PER) and PCMS.

Senior Lead Consultant: HR

We need you to implement Human Resources processes, systems and action plans in support of business and human resources objectives. The effective implementation of appropriate policies, processes and practices is a further focus.


Qualifications and expertise should include:

• A B degree in HR or equivalent NQF level 6 (a postgraduate degree would be an advantage)
• 6 years’ Human Resources experience as a generalist in all disciplines
• Above-average networking ability
• Good computer literacy, especially in HR systems (SAP)
• A valid driver’s licence.

Emergency Management Technician

Ensure that world-class emergency preparedness, prevention, protection and recovery policies are developed and
implemented. Focus areas include emergency preparedness audits.


Qualifications and expertise should include:
• A National Diploma in Fire Technology
• An NQF 4
• A Code B driver’s licence.
