SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERs (full-time)

You will be part of the business development and management team and be responsible to:

• Develop new business opportunities;
• Develop and maintain business partnerships with clients (mostly government institutions), and project partners;
• Co-ordinate the preparation of convincing project proposals.

The position is based in our HQ in Berlin, Germany, with extensive travel world-wide - focus on South-East Asia.

You should have an excellent University Degree in Economics or equivalent, and an excellent written command of the English and/or French language. Ideally you would have spent 3-4 years in a similar position. You are a trouble-shooter, you are able to work under tight deadlines, you have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. You are experienced in synthesizing, structuring and writing proposals and reports. You are self-motivated, and with your initiative and financial acumen you are able to develop new markets and to create new business.
