International charity Sightsavers is looking for a technically savvy, reliable and hands on web manager with a proven track record in maintaining and developing websites and other digital channels.

In this vital role, your primary focus will be the management of all global digital platforms across all multiple channels, including web, email and mobile devices. Working with colleagues and suppliers from around the world you will ensure that day-to-day operations run without a hitch, and that any new developments are appropriately specified and managed to ensure a smooth delivery from initiation through to testing, delivery and evaluation.

Your second focus will be the management of analytics and insights, ensuring that all activity is appropriately tracked, creating and maintaining dash boards and creating bespoke reports as required.

As well as day to day management you will also support, where necessary, the digital strategy project team who are responsible for the review and creation of the charity’s future digital infrastructure roadmap. This role is a fixed term 12 month contract, intended to ensure stable operation and smooth transition during a period of significant change.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a web environment, possessing a good knowledge of managing organisation digital systems. Experience of HTML and CSS skills is essential. You will be analytical, capable of managing multiple priorities and have excellent communication skills.
