Monitoring& Evaluation Specialist-MESP/Jordan
Master’s degree in international relations, economics, statistics, political science, public policy, or other relevant field. Minimum of ten years of experience in evaluating international development projects. Experience in indicator development, data collection and analysis, data quality assessments, and/or performance monitoring and reporting; and experience with designing and field testing surveys and other data collection instruments required. The M&E Specialist will have prior work experience working with USAID. Fluency in English and Arabic and/or regional languages is preferred. The position is located in Amman, Jordan.

Sector Specialist-MESP/Jordan
Advanced degree in international development or field related to area of expertise. At least ten years of experience in international development operations and at least 5 years of monitoring and evaluation experience with 7+ years of work experience in or related to one or more of the following sectors: Economic Growth, Water Resources Management, Health, Education, Democracy and Governance. Sector specialist will have prior work experience with USAID and in Jordan. Fluency in English is required. Arabic and/or other regional languages preferred. The position is located in Amman, Jordan

Information Officer/ICT Data Entry Specialist-MESP/Jordan
Master’s degree in international relations or relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing similar systems and ability to match programmatic information needs with appropriate technological tools. The Information Officer must have experience training staff on MIS/GIS systems and familiarity with USAID programs and IT requirements. The position is located in Amman, Jordan.

Gender Specialist-MESP/Jordan
Master’s degree in Anthropology, Development Political Science, Sociology, International Relations, International Development or a related field. Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and/or evaluating programs related to gender. The Gender Specialist must have experience working with USAID or other large international donors. The position is located in Amman, Jordan.
Long Term- 5 Years
Chief of Party/MESP/Jordan
Advanced university degree in relevant subject areas, preferably in International Development and/or Development Management with an emphasis on Monitoring and Evaluation. The Chief of Party must have at least 10 years of experience working in project management in developing countries, preferably including experience in the Middle East and have familiarity with database development and a thorough understanding of monitoring and evaluation.
