Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
· Ensures all revenue, yield and SF targets are achieved
· Monitor and action queues and ticket office queries internal and external
· Ensures all monies accounted for and TSR tallies
· Complete pre-flight and post flight checks to agreed standards
· Ensures ticket stock correctly logged, stocked, stored and all material properly stocked and displayed
· Keep up to date on product, service, policies procedures
· Ensures telephone enquiries are answered within 3 rings
· Meet the Direct Sale, GDS, Frequent Flyer EYG & Tele-sales target for 2011
· Leads the ticket office towards achieving best customer practices and achieving 2011 targets
