Lawyer specialized in European R & D contracts

Activities:

• Legal advice on the European and national funding programs for research and innovation and related projects
• Preparation and negotiation of consortium agreement
• Preparation of contracts with the European Commission, national agencies or public-private partnerships
• Legal advice on any matter related to the execution of these contracts
• Legal assistance and helpdesk for coordinators and partners in European projects
• Legal monitoring
• Design and delivery of training sessions
• Any other activity of legal nature in the field of business activities

Skills:

• Graduate and/or doctoral level of higher education in private law (contract law, intellectual property law in particular) and / or European law
• Fluent  in English and French (oral and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional experience in the field of research and innovation: Minimum 3-5 years
• Practical experience about  R&D contracts is  imperative
• Good knowledge of European research and innovation
• Open to the European and international culture

Environment:

• Position based in Brussels
• Missions abroad
• Languages: English and French
• Permanent contract
• Location: Brussels.
