Communication Assistant

Main tasks:
  • Write CEDEC’s external and internal communication strategy (press releases, newsletter, advertisements, campaigns, social media, website, extranet, etc.)
  • Media monitoring, evaluation and member information
  • Draft relevant policy summaries for CEDEC members
  • Liaise with media
  • Update databases of stakeholders and media contacts and mailing lists
  • General administrative support to CEDEC Secretariat
Required Skills:
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Eye for detail, flexibility and good time-management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Technologically savvy: MS Office, website, databases
  • Background knowledge in energy sector and/or European Affairs desirable
  • Fluency in English (French is an asset)
  • Team spirit
  • Good sense of humour
The internship is remunerated with approx. €1000 per month. Start date will be mid-September/October.
