On the UFLP, you’ll undertake three placements, including time at:

•    Head Office – global or regional
•    Factory – various locations across the UK
•    An HR expertise team (Reward, Learning & Development or Talent).

You will also be fully supported in gaining your professional CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification alongside your on-the-job development.

Location:
Placements may be in different business units across the UK & Ireland, so you need to be flexible about where you are based during the programme.

We look for minimum of a 2.2 from any discipline.
