As a Field Sales manager with Diageo this person will be responsible for delivering financial results and the execution of our activities in Horeca channel through the coaching and management of the team and make sure that field sales will be highly efficient to drive the performance.

- Ensure that Diageo gain market share.
- Ensure distribution of our premium brands
- Ensure that On Trade investments are maximizing
- Very strong knowledge of the On Trade (HORECA) channel
- World class selling skills
- Understanding of the best way to approach commercial opportunities at different customers
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with both direct reports and customers
- Strong coaching capabilities
- Proven ability and passion to build and deliver on development plans
Qualifications and experience required
- Degree is mandatory.
- 6-8 years sales experience in an FMCG environment. Experience in managing teams. Experience the HORECA is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written; Portuguese as a mother tongue
