Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is an international non-profit organization that promotes peaceful resolution of conflict. SFCG’s mission is to transform how individuals, organizations, and governments deal with conflict - away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions.

SFCG Sri Lanka has an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Program Manager for Women Empowerment. He / She together with the Leadership Management Team will be responsible for SFCG’s portfolio on projects related to women empowerment.
