HR Manager, Reward and Contribution
The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social sciences universities in the world specialising in Social Sciences. The HR Division provides advice and support to the School and its diverse customer base of circa 3,400 employees.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team. The Career Development & Reward Team is responsible for effective, high quality Human Resources services to staff through the management of various School committees.
The primary responsibility for the post holder will be managing and co-ordinating the reward and contribution pay processes and committees for all staff at the School.
To be successful in this exciting and challenging role you will need to be a dynamic and experienced professional with a track record of managing and delivering multiple committee schedules ideally related to reward and contribution issues.
You will have strong analytical and numeracy skills and excellent reporting drafting skills as well as be a strong communicator – someone who excels at building relationships at all levels across an organisation.
