This is alongside additional development and training interventions around the following building blocks will set you up for success: growing as a Diageo leader, gaining understanding of different parts of Diageo and building functional experience and capability.
What the Supply program offers:
Our International Supply Centre forms a key part of Diageo Global Supply and is a central pillar of our business. Global Supply is an integrated network of over 9,000 people who manage one of the world’s most efficient and effective supply chains to produce and deliver some of the world’s best loved brands. We are a powerhouse of innovation; delivering new products and packaging to accelerate our business performance.
As the International Supply Centre we have production and distribution facilities across Europe, which include distilleries, breweries, maturation warehouses, packaging plants and Technical Centres.
We’ll agree with you which functional business area you’ll join initially and then work with you to ensure you gain the breadth of experience you’ll need to successfully launch your career.
By the end of your three years, you will have built capability in world class process improvement methodologies, project and change management, driving commercial value across our supply chain and managing through others.
The key ingredients we want you to have:
Armed with an attitude to succeed, you must be keen to build and improve your expertise and skill set while learning about what makes manufacturing excellence and effective project management. You’ll also need to have an upbeat but professional outlook to work as part of a tight-knit team.

- Excellent academic credentials; obtained or expecting to obtain a minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent
- Studying one of the following subjects: Engineering/ Chemistry/ Business Management/ Supply Chain/ Logistics
- Fluency in English and in the language of the market to which you are applying or another European language
- Must be mobile and enjoy diverse culture
- Full, valid driving licence or a commitment to have one by the start of the programme
- High Learning agility
- Demonstrates high level of curiosity
Please note that there is only one Supply Graduate Programme and you may be based in any of our geographic regions and we therefore require you to be mobile and willing to potentially relocate for the role.
