Our Strategic Planning and Evaluation Division (SPED) partners closely with all divisions across the Secretariat. This is an opportunity to join SPED as the primary administrative and logistical support to the team’s professional and diplomatic officers, and work closely with the divisional Director. 
You will be responsible for arranging payments on the financial system (CODA); monitoring divisional expenditure and attending budgetary meetings; filing and records management; arranging meetings and travel; preparing documents for internal governance committees and meetings; coordinating the division’s mail and Director’s diary; and acting as the division’s representative on the Health and Safety Committee. You will also manage a Programme Assistant who will provide supplementary administrative and logistical support to SPED. 
It is a role in which every day will be different, and to succeed you will have at least three years’ experience working in an administrative capacity for various levels of stakeholders as well as a first degree from a nationally recognised institution, ideally in Business Administration or Management. You must have at least three years’ demonstrable work experience in financial management and budgeting, drafting correspondence, producing Excel reports and statistics, and using MS Office and other digital platforms to enhance your work. Experience within an international organisation and working with senior executives and managers will be highly regarded.
