STORES ADMINISTRATOR

Sandvik is an advanced-technology engineering group operating on a global scale throughout 130 countries. SC Mobile Crushers and Screens, part of the Sandvik Group in Ballygawley, are currently looking for a Stores Administrator to support the Stores department by managing all administrative duties through the use of the AX system. These duties include; the data input of raw materials delivered, picking lists for production kits to production lines and updating the stock levels within the stores environment. This role entails working as part of a stores team to ensure the timely transactions of all material movements.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment abiding by all necessary health and safety requirements and legislation.
  • To enter delivery notes onto AX MRP system.
  • Log and process delivery queries with Purchasing and Finance team.
  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule queries.
  • Print picking lists for stores kitting teams as per manufacturing schedule.
  • Issue parts from stores to production via AX MRP computer system.
  • Record details of returned parts from production to the stores on AX MRP system.
  • Ensure all material movements (inter warehouse) are transacted via AX MRP system in a timely fashion.
  • To assist with quarterly stock counts.
  • To carry out general office and housekeeping duties.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria
  • GCSE Math or equivalent
  • Previous recent relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications or equivalent
