Finance and Administration Director
IntraHealth International, Inc. is currently accepting expressions of interest from potential Finance and Administration Director candidates interested in IntraHealth’s submission for the USAID-funded integrated family health project in Rwanda. The Finance and Administration Director will be responsible for the financial systems of the project, including project budgeting, financial monitoring, meeting legal, auditing and contractual responsibilities and coordinating with state financial officers. S/he will be the principle financial representative of the project as well as coordinate the financial and administrative functions and support to the districts. The Finance and Administration Director is expected to develop the project financial plan, to include monitoring and reporting systems that meet USG requirements, and manage contracting activities.
Successful candidates for the Finance and Administration Director position will have an advanced degree in business administration, finance or other relevant field and at least eight years experience in administrative and financial management of large international projects in developing countries. S/he will have experience in the financial and administrative management of large multi-partner USAID projects and demonstrated leadership in building effective partnerships with collaborators and customers. Candidates will have proven expertise with USAID financial regulations and management systems with experience overseeing financial, human resources, subcontracting, and sub recipient procedures; also have strong expertise with compliance regulations and the Federal Acquisition Regulations as well as have experience and skills in budget development, and procurement and grants management. S/he will have excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communications skills in English, and ideally have knowledge of French and/or Kinyarwanda.
