Specialized in the sectors of health, education, rural livelihoods and water & sanitation, we provide technical advisory services as well as comprehensive project development and management services. Our clients include bilateral and multilateral organizations, the private sector, non-governmental organizations and other development stakeholders.

Montrose is undertaking a large five-year primary health and water and sanitation project in Equatorial Guinea. The primary objective of the Project is to improve under-five and maternal health in selected health districts in the province of Centro-Sur on the mainland of Equatorial Guinea. Key project elements include: quality primary health care services; behavioural change at community level; improved access to safe water in health centres and communities; improved sanitation in health centres and communities; and a small grants scheme.

Finance/ Administration/Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced, qualified and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking individual to fill the key position of Finance/ Administration/Logistics Manager.

The Finance/ Administration/Logistics Manager will be responsible for management and oversight of finance, human resource, administration and logistics in-country. Ideally the candidate will have relevant experience international project settings with a strong background in finance, administration and logistics. This position is based in Evinayong, Equatorial Guinea, and requires fluency in Spanish.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with specific experience in finance, administration and logistics
• Relevant education and training in Finance and Administration
• Related experience in developing countries, preferably in Africa
• Fluency in Spanish essential; fluency in English strong asset.
