REQUIREMENTS

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
NQF 6 (360 credits ) Bachelor of Accounting Science or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science or Information Systems
Articles in an Audit Firm advantageous
Minimum of five years experience

DUTIES

Provide professional, independent, objective assurance and consulting service designed to add value and improve Group operations
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, which includes determining the Information Technology scope for the current financial year, preparation and execution of all audit activities
Supporting Corporate Governance by establishing the strategic direction of the Information Technology Audit Function, in addition to developing and implementing a risk based Audit Plan for a three year rolling period
Facilitating People Management by disseminating Departmental Objectives to staff, as well as identifying training needs and undertaking coaching and mentoring
Compile budget requirements for Information Technology and project future costs
Ensure cognisance of new legislation and developments in Information Technology Auditing
Develop procedures that align with IIA QAR standards
Establish consultative conditions conducive to building good working relationships
Facilitate IS role design and process alignment of Securinfo on SAP installations
