Positions for USAID Project

IIE is one of the world’s largest and most experienced global higher education and professional exchange organizations. IIE, in collaboration with IIEF, is seeking Indonesian candidates for multiple positions for the upcoming Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) Project, funded by USAID/Indonesia. We are seeking long-term senior managers, team leaders, and short-term experts with skills in the following areas related to higher education: financial planning and management, access and financial assistance, management and administration, transparency and accountability, strategic planning, quality assurance, public-private collaboration.
Technical experts for full-time staff positions and short-term consultancies should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience required
• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with institutions of higher education in Indonesia
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience on USAID or other donor-funded projects preferred
Full-time project management staff should have the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing donor-supported projects, including experience with USAID contract management
• University degree required
• Experience working with institutions of higher education in Indonesia preferred
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong verbal and written communication skills
