Programme Coordinator (Building Skills for Life), Salary £36’270 to £40’300

The Programme Coordinator will manage the effective delivery of the DFID Programme Partnership Agreement-funded part of Plan UK’s ‘Building Skills for Life’ programme, which works to empower adolescent girls primarily through education in 9 developing countries and through policy work in the UK, and will coordinate the inputs of different teams and offices efficiently to ensure programme objectives are met.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience of managing large and complex (multi-sectoral) projects and programmes, in and across several countries and ideally in the area of education or gender. Candidates must also have proven experience of managing large budgets and complex relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

We’d prefer it if we didn’t receive CVs and also, we’d prefer not to be inundated by calls from recruitment agencies. You will need to have a valid working permit to work for Plan UK and most importantly we follow stringent child protection policies and procedures when dealing with applications.
