WYG International is looking for Team Leaders with below-mentioned qualifications to work with us for the forthcoming projects in Turkey:
Team Leader for Wastewater/ Solid Waste Management Projects
Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in civil / environment or geology engineering or in a relevant field
• Post-graduate degree will be an asset
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Excellent level of computer skills including MS Office applications, MS Project, and similar scheduling software and AutoCAD.
General Professional Experience:
• Preferably 15 years of professional working experience in construction supervision
• 5 years of experience as TL or Project Manager in international projects.
Specific Professional Experience:
• At least 7 years of professional working experience in design, tendering and/or construction supervision of water / wastewater, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and/or solid waste management infrastructures including
• Experience with contract procedures in accordance with PRAG/ International Procurement Procedures
• Experience on FIDIC conditions of contract (Yellow & Red books)
• Experience in economic and financial analysis (cost-benefit/cost effectiveness analysis) will be an asset
• Experience in the management of international donor funded projects will be an asset (EU, WB, KfW)
• Previous working experience in Turkish solid waste and water utilities will be an asset.
