External Evaluation of the African Science Technology and Innovation Indicators Initiative
The NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency seeks to appoint consultants to undertake an evaluation of the African Science Technology and Innovation Indicators (ASTII) Initiative. It is expected that at a minimum the team will consist of 2 consultants. Details of the assignment are found in the Terms of Reference.
The following documents must accompany the application:
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae of all consultants that will participate in the exercise
- Profiles of the institution with which each consultant is affiliated where consultants are drawn from different institutions; one profile where the consultants are from the same institution
- Details of similar assignments previously undertaken
- Financial proposal

The documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received no later than 16h00 local time on Friday August 20, 2011.
The envelope must be clearly marked “EXTERNAL EVALUATION of ASTII INITIATIVE” at the top. The envelope should be clearly marked “Do not open except in the presence of the NPCA Tender Board”
