ANZ Demand Programs - Program Lead

The Demand Programs Midmarket & Small Deals team is seeking a team oriented individual with strong marketing strategy skills for the position of A/NZ Midmarket Program Framework program lead (MMPF)

This person will drive the Midmarket campaign strategy for the GB BU within the Midmarket Program Framework.

Responsibilities:

– Lead the strategy and design for MMPF
– Understand and replicate where possible the MMPF small deals strategy and bring it to life within the wider MMPF framework.
– Against a standard management system work with key stakeholders within the MM team to obtain offerings and offers for MMPF
– Collaborate with Ogilvy to bring the MMPF campaigns to market each quarter
– Consistently and constantly analyse the performance of MMPF campaigns with regular checkpoints and recommend any changes required for improvement of performance either via the campaign or the offerings/offers.
– Understand and perfect the lead management for Track, monitor, analyse and report on responses, leads and WR for MMPF campaigns
– Working with the A/NZ digital lead, design and complete best practice program web briefs, including SEO & SEM techniques
– Collaborate with the Small Deals leads to tailor/duplicate small deals campaigns into the Midmarket where possible
– Develop e/nurture strategies where required, utilising the overarching DP e/nurture strategy, and manage execution of e/nuture campaigns
– Provide input as MMPF lead into the MMPF budget forecasting annual budget spend, and tracking quarterly expenditure
– Proactively stay up to date with the use and validity of digital tools, tactics, processes and implement best practices where suitable

Required skills and experience

- Strong strategic skills
- At least 5-6 years experience in a marketing role
- Knowledge of working with an Agency for deliverables
- Industry knowledge and contacts
- Strong team player
- Ability to articulate complex business challenges
