Joining Aviva Investors as a Senior ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Analyst is an opportunity to help define new standards of global best practice in responsible investment across a range of asset classes. As a senior member of the Global Responsible Investment team, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate an international network of Responsible Investment Officers who are embedding ESG issues into investment portfolios of in excess of £260 billion across equity, fixed income, sovereign debt, property, private equity and multi manager portfolios. You will help them further develop their policy, process, practice and performance. You’ll advise on best practices, help build capacity, and capture and report on the investment outcomes associated with this work. You’ll be working in an investment institution with a long pedigree of responsible investment work: we are a strong backer of the Stewardship Code, a founding signatory to the UN Principles for Investment and we founded both the Sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Coalition. Simply put, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to help redefine new standards in responsible investment.
