Position Description:
Job Purpose
To assist Programme Director in co-ordinating and managing implementation of Clinical Service and to ensure adherence to customer quality service standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional, technical and operational leadership in provision of clinical service Assist in the design of service provision operational facilities so as to meet requirements
Assist in identification of providers and staff to provide management and technical health service including those of sessional staff. Lead person in monitoring professional and technical implementation of clinical service.
Provide leadership in clinical service work plan and ensuring coherent and comprehensive service delivery. Review monthly and quarterly and half yearly activity reports
Provide support supervision to the clinical teams. monitoring and evaluation of the Association projects
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Medicine, Pediatric or Public Health
5 years working experience in successful implementation of SRH Team player
Experience in working with Ministry of Health and Social Welfare
