Position Description:
Qualification
Holder of bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma and Certified Supplies Professional (CSP) or any other qualification from recognized institution. Must be registered with NBMM as an authorized supplies Officer with at least three (3) years of working experience after CSP
Must be computer literate
Some of duties are:
Plan and execute an efficient procurement and supplies management system of the organization.
Reviews policies pertaining to materials management
Provide Management and staff training on procurement issues. Raise requisition for purchase, follow-up orders and ensure delivery. Reconcile all stores records with those of accounts for audit.
Carries inspection and advice on disposal of absolute or condemnable supplies/materials
Any other duties assigned by a supervisor.
