Position Description:
Qualifications
Holder of a Master Degree in Mechanical engineering and BSc in Mechanical
Engineering with a minimum of an upper second class honours degree at undergraduate level. A working experience of at least 3 years in research activities
After attaining a Masters degree
Candidates must have published at least one scientific publication after attaining a Masters degree. A knowledge of Engineering design preferably CAD/CAM will be an added advantage.
Some of duties are:
To carry out needs assessment study in research areas and also give baseline information and provide report
To develop research and development proposals and submit for funding
To implement approved projects during the prescribed time
To undertake engineering design assignments or
Any other duties assigned by a supervisor.
