Advisory Technical Engagement Specialist

Job description
- Business development in GCG market for IBM global Research’s accessibility solution
- Communicate with Global Research frequently in daily work, keep being updated and absorb the latest global accessibility solutions and reference cases, customize and promote to GCG market
- Technical pre-sales engagement in business opportunities
- Technical after-sales delivery as the level one support and work as the interface of the global solution team
- Learn and well understand the Global/China accessibility standards and regulations

Required Skills

1) Computer science related education background, bachelor degree or above
2) At least 4 years working experiences in the field of IT technical support
3) English fluent to ensure the frequent communication effective with global research team
4) Good communication skill in a complex cross-function and cross-country project team
